TPA Services for Participants & Employees

As you know, your clients’ employees will only participate in the plan if they understand the advantages it gives them—both now and in the future. Therefore, the information they receive must be appealing and meaningful. Our administrative system and procedures allow for a great deal of flexibility in this regard... allowing us to work together to send a powerful message to plan participants.

Some of the services we provide to employees include:

• Customized participant statements (can include logos, charts, important messages, etc.)
• Direct mailing of statements
• Online and telephone account access, including tools, calculators and customized links/text you recommend (view a demo)
• All distributions, calculations and paperwork (including termination, hardship, in-service and required minimum)
• Loan requests, calculations and paperwork
• Projected retirement account statements
• Total compensation reports depicting total salary, direct benefit payments, indirect benefit costs, etc.
