TPA Services for New Comparability Plans

A new comparability plan or "age-weighted" plan is a type of profit sharing plan where employers have the ability to weight contributions in favor of key employees who are older than the remainder of the employees. Of course, this requires the plan to meet certain criteria and incur specialized compliance testing, which makes using an experienced TPA paramount.
