Perhaps one of the more difficult components of plan administration involves
creating the appropriate type of plan for your situation. We are experts in this area and have an entire department
that focuses on perfect-fit plan design. We'll look at multiple options, including non-qualified, age-weighted, and cross-tested arrangements
to see what plan design best meets the goals you have. Some of the plan document services we prepare include:
- Plan Comparison and Design
- Legal Plan Document
- IRS Submission
- Application for Trust ID Number
- Summary Plan Description
- Election and Beneficiary Forms
- Distribution and Withdrawal Forms
- Loan Policy and Forms
- Qualified Pre-Retirement Survivor Annuity Notices and Waivers
Once your plan is established, we'll also help you every step of the way as you implement the plan, assisting in participant
communication, payroll processing procedures, and answering any questions you and the participants may have. You can feel comfortable
knowing that your plan administrative consultant, as well as several representatives from the legal department, will work together to help you
easily implement your retirement program.

participants. We've worked hard to develop a system that is extremely flexible. This allows you to retain control over the features
you wish to make available to participants, easing participants into a web-enabled retirement program.
