Our History

---

It began as a simple vision: create a TPA firm that puts the client first. Find out what their goals are, and create a solution to meet those goals while remaining compliant with all federal regulations. Don't provide conflicting services that may lead to biased consulting, like investments, insurance or audits. Let experts in the field--not management professionals--lead the company. With this goal in mind, Randall & Hurley began.

Since that time, Randall & Hurley has rapidly become the largest TPA consulting firm in the Inland Northwest. As the financial world continues to fluctuate, we pledge to serve with a heightened sense of responsibility and an increased commitment to our clients.

January 1994

Clay Randall founded Randall & Associates, Inc.

January 1998

Acquired the plan administrative and consulting services of Howard & Johnson Company, based in Spokane, Washington.

In order to further align the corporate ownership structure with client needs, Lynn Hurley became a 50% equal owner in the company. At this time, the company's name was changed to Randall & Hurley, Inc.

January 2000

Acquired the plan administrative and consulting services of Moss Adams, based in Spokane, Washington.

December 2005

Acquired the plan administrative and consulting services of Petersen & Hastings, Inc., based in Tri-Cities, Washington.

July 2006

Acquired the plan administrative and consulting services of Phennegar & Morgan, based in Spokane, Washington.

January 2008

Janet L. Porco and Marc M. McCall became minority shareholders.
