Internal Revenue Service

The Internal Revenue Service is the nation's tax collection agency and administers the Internal Revenue Code, enacted by Congress. This Code also governs retirement plans. On this site, you can view the latest edition of Employee Plan News, see published guidance, view forms and publications, and get tax information. From the home page, click "Retirement Plans."

EFAST2

You should login to your account to review and sign your plan's Form 5500 if we prepared this form for you. You may also use EFAST2 to submit your required 5500/5500-EZ form. This system was developed by the Department of Labor (DOL), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and will help expedite the receipt and processing of more than one million forms each year.

Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation

The PBGC protects the retirement incomes of more than 43 million American workers (one of every four working persons) in nearly 38,000 private defined benefit pension plans. On this site, you'll find links for participant services, including application and update forms, and links for plan administration, including forms, interest rates, and premium payment information.

Social Security Administration

President Franklin D. Roosevelt announced the Social Security program to Congress in 1934. It became effective the following year. The presidential act created a social insurance program designed to pay retired workers age 5 or older a continuing income after retirement. Employee Benefit Research Institute

The EBRI is a non-profit, non-partisan organization established in 1978. It is committed exclusively to data dissemination, policy research, and education on economic security and employee benefits. This site has an e-book about benefit fundamentals, written in straightforward language. You can also see related news and view a list of links to other research and educational programs.

International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

This foundation is the largest education association serving the employee benefits and compensation industry. It is a non-profit, non-lobbying organization, you can rely on it for objective, accurate, and timely information. The site contains an online library, the INFOSOURCE database, current related magazine articles, and a glossary of terms.
